Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1-24 business hours depending on network conditions. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing with same-day turnaround for qualifying withdrawals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses apply to real-money wagers only and are not available to Players who have self-excluded or to Players in breach of these Terms.

epicjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including where technical errors, system faults, or fraudulent activity affect the integrity of a promotion.

All games available on epicjili use certified random number generation (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure fairness. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. epicjili will not void or reverse game results based on a Player's dissatisfaction with an outcome, provided the game functioned correctly.
